Delivery Policy

• We deliver within 1 to 2 days across Qatar only.
• Orders are processed immediately and shipped as soon as possible.
• Customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once the order has been dispatched.

Refund Policy

• Refunds or exchanges are only accepted if the product was damaged during shipping and proper proof is provided.
• Customers must request a refund or exchange within 3 days of receiving the product.
• If the item is in stock, we will replace it with an identical product. If not, we will refund the full amount to the original payment method.
• Return shipping costs are covered by us—customers do not need to pay for return shipping.
• Exceptions: Items from the “ONE” (unique piece) collection are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
